We first registered with courtyards in 2014, at the time we only had a small budget and wasn't sure we'd find a property in Culcheth. With a baby on the way we desperately wanted to move there. We'd registered at all the estate agents, Courtyards was the only one that made us feel hopeful we'd find something. They found us a perfect first home that we moved into 2 weeks after our daughter was born, what really stood out was the genuine support and excitement for us, they made the move run so smoothly! over the years we have now sold 3 properties, bought two and rent a property out through courtyards. Highly recommended. I chose Courtyard because two houses in my street had sold quickly under the Courtyard banner. Glad to report that they haven't lost their touch. Sold STC in two weeks. The process was smooth. The people at Courtyard were easy to deal with and they kept me informed with how things were progressing during the time my solicitor was on holiday.

Courtyard have been fantastic with the sale of our property in Culcheth, Cheshire.
