Very muddy so bring your wellies or suitable footwear. Woodland walk which is good with the dog but isn't flat so no good for anyone with mobility issues unless you use the lower walk way but find this very muddy and in places slippery so please take care.

Nice place to go for a walk if your local, lots of space for kids and the dogs to run and play, path is a dirt track so recommend wearing decent footwear, not the best place for mobility scooters or wheelchairs especially in the autumn/winter month's as we did get very stuck in mud a good few times with mum, was fun trying to get her out. Nice place what we seen if it as we were limited to how far we could go due to the mud, but enjoyed the time we spent there.

Linear Park created from the old railway line that used to serve the locality. Free small car park and safe access to walk around.

Perfect surroundings for your exercise needs. You get the dog walkers , runners and mountain bikers , although it's not too busy when I've been there. That's a good thing as there is not parking available for too many numbers. You have to accept that it's not a massive area , but essentially a long line ( old railway route). It's perfect if you live close but not something you would travel miles to see. In summary, it's a nice outdoor , wooded area for exercise and to enjoy nature. Only a couple small issues that, unfortunately, plague most areas would be a bit of dog mess here and there and litter. So please use the bins provided and keep the enjoyment there for everyone :)

Not to bad for a quick stroll Adequate parking available and quite nice scenery. Only problem I found was the amount of mud due to standing water at the far end preventing us from going any further. I thought the walk was a good bit further but due to said mud it was off limits for me and my furry friend. Maybe in the height of summer it's better but I visited in march and this is what I found. I may well revisit later in the year to give it another try.
